Terms of service
These terms govern your purchase and use of UI Design Course — the website at uidesigncourse.com and the course at app.uidesigncourse.com. By buying the course or using the site, you agree to them.
What you're buying
UI Design Course is a digital course: a one-time payment for lifetime access to all current modules and lessons, including interactive demos, plus all future additions to the course. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product — for as long as UI Design Course is operating and offering the course.
Your license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license for one person. You may:
- Access and read the course on any of your devices, for as long as the product exists
- Use everything you learn — including the included AI prompts — in your own projects, personal or commercial
You may not:
- Share your account or sign-in links with others
- Copy, republish, resell, or redistribute the course content, in whole or in part
- Use the content to build a competing course or training product
Your account
Access is tied to the email address you used at purchase. Sign-in is passwordless — we email you a link or code. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure. If you'd like to change the email on your account, contact us.
Payments, pricing, and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time; the price you pay is the price at the time of your purchase. Purchases are covered by our refund policy.
Content and changes
We're actively improving the course: lessons get updated, and new modules are added over time. We may revise, replace, or retire individual pieces of content as the course evolves. Future additions are included in your purchase at no extra cost.
Intellectual property
All course content — text, demos, illustrations, code, and prompts — is owned by UI Design Course and protected by copyright. Buying the course gives you the license above, not ownership of the content.
Disclaimer
The course is educational. We've done our best to make it accurate and useful, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes — your results depend on how you apply what you learn. The course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UI Design Course's total liability for any claim related to the course or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
Fair use and termination
If an account is being shared, or content is being redistributed in breach of these terms, we may suspend or revoke access. We'll always try to contact you first if something looks wrong.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Meaningful changes will be noted on this page. Continuing to use the course after a change means you accept the updated terms.
