14-day refund window if you didn't access the course

We offer a 14-day refund window providing you don't access or view any of the lessons - we track this in our system.

Just reach out through our contact page with the email address you used at checkout.

How refunds work

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Once the refund is processed, your access to the course is removed.
• Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 14 days

Because the course is delivered digitally and in full at purchase, we don't offer refunds after the 14-day window. If something isn't working — a login issue, a billing mistake, a duplicate charge — contact us anyway and we'll make it right.
